s we've mentioned, our philosophy is that when you choose to spend your
day with us, it is exactly that — your day — and we will do
everything we can to make it a special one. Often, our groups bond and
spend the day together as a travelling party. Other times, different
groups have different preferences for how to spend the day, and our
willing drivers are always able to accommodate each and every one of
them.
 Please

I
wanted to drop a line to let you know what a fantastic time we had
aboard the shuttle. Norm went above and beyond every step of the
way. He took the time to personally get us set up at each of the
wineries, and made several detours during the day to point out fantastic
views, historic sites, and restaurants he would recommend. He was
full of information and good humor – everything you could possibly
ask for in a guide. We had the misfortune of taking a tour with
a different company the following day – and all we can say
is Norm has no competition in the Napa Valley. Keep up the great
work.

We wanted
to thank you so much for a wonderful tour of Napa Valley. This
was by far the best part of our honeymoon, and we will recommend
you to everybody we know visiting your area.
We were
with a group of 8 others, and Karl did an incredible job of taking
care of all of us during the day. He was so informative, telling
us things about the area and about each of the wineries that we
never would have known otherwise. At the end of the day, he even
made restaurant reservations for six of us for that evening. The
tour was definitely the highlight of our honeymoon. Thank you
so much.

your tour is the greatest bargain in all of California. Thank you

Wanted to
let you know we had the BEST TIME on your tour. Karl was awesome.
We drove around by ourselves our first day in town, and we couldn’t
believe how much we had missed by trying to read the map, find
sideroads, etc. Karl answered all of our questions, made great
suggestions on wines we might like at each vineyard, and even
helped us plan the rest of our trip. We expected somebody to just
drive us around. What we got was a tour guide/concierge/travel
agent/wine expert all in one. Wish we could take Karl every time
we go on vacation.
